We are looking for accomplished Ruby on Rails engineers with proven experience in delivering scalable and reliable services and/or libraries within demanding environments. Your code will handle all traffic for Liquid platform, providing the foundational connectivity for existing and future products.

What you will be able to learn

  • Build and maintain APIs using Ruby on Rails.
  • Design APIs addressing how they're used, how they scale, how they fit together and how they break.
  • Design and configure API policies, security, governance and access.
  • Working alongside seasoned engineers and domain experts, you will learn the exquisite pleasure and pain of solving difficult problems
  • You will help take Quoine’s products through a period of significant growth, addressing unique challenges and novel attack vectors
  • Maintain development velocity while mastering complex event-driven software

Skills

  • Application development using Ruby on Rails
  • Understanding of asynchronous programming techniques, templates, algorithmic complexity
  • Strong experience in building, configuration and administration of APIs.
  • Implementation of automated testing
  • Familiarity with git, cmake, doxygen, shell scripting, docker
