Koinex aims at being a game-changer in the nascent Indian blockchain industry. We're a small team that's growing fast and we're looking for Social Media Support Executive.
Oversees all company social media accounts management Administrate and respond to customer queries over company social media accounts
Monitor, analyze and report competitor activities over social media spaces
Audits and analyses social media presences
Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages
1 - 2 years work experience in social media and marketing
Extensive knowledge of social media platforms
Computer software proficiency
Public Relations experience
Blockchain industry and cryptocurrency market experience(preferred)
Proofreading and editing skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Customer service skills
