Bitmain Announces ASIC Miner Launch Under Antminer 19 Series

Bitmain, a huge manufacturer of Bitcoin Miner has announced the launch of its all-new ASIC miner. This new ASIC miner will be launched under the latest Antminer 19 series. The firm has revealed that Antminer T19 is the third model which is coming out of next-generation ASIC miners.

It has been specified by Bitmain that this new miner can easily generate a hashrate of 84 TH/s. It will also offer a higher start-up speed which is going to give an optimized mining experience.

Bitmain new miner equipped with newly designed chip

Bitmain has specified that its new miners will come with a newly designed chip which will improve the performance of miners as compared to earlier one. The firm has compared both Antminer T19 with T17 and has revealed that in the new one there will be a huge improvement in the performance. Through the new Antminer, the miners will be able to enhance their efficiency and earnings as well. It has been listed on the official website and the firm will start shipping it from June 21.

Antminer were most efficient post halving

After the current reward halving, it has been seen that mining reward has seen a drop of approximately 50 percent. It has dropped down to 6.25 BTC per block which was earlier at 12.5 BTC per block. Through many kinds of research, it came out that Bitmain’s Antminer mined Bitcoin very efficiently even after the halving. Because of this, a lot of mining farms including some mainstream ones have been ordering huge numbers of Antminers from Bitmain.

Riot Blockchain, a huge BTC mining company has acquired a total of 2,040 new Antminers. Amid all of this, Bitmain is also facing some major controversies and complications as well. This is because the ousted co-founder of the firm, Micree Zhan has been trying to take control of the company.
