An update on crypto project rankings by The Center for Information and Industry Development (CCID), was released on Friday. The same 37 projects which were reviewed when the last report came out in February were evaluated again. This was the 17th update overall as the CCID put out its report every year. Two reports, one in February and one in April have been out already. Three additional to evaluate were added too, applicability, basic technology and creativity.
<h2>EOS Top of The Pile in CCID Results</h2>
CCID’s rankings, the company which works under China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, EOS took the first spot in the latest ranking with Tron and Ethereum taking the 2nd and 3rd spot recently. <a href="https://www.cryptoknowmics.com/news/bitcoin-cashs-double-bottom-might-give-bulls-a-much-needed-break/">Bitcoin Cash</a> jumps from 34th  to 31st, while bitcoin slipped a little by three places and stood at 14th.

As the report in February, this time too, all the projects involved were assessed in three subcategories too. The basic technology, the first subcategory had EOS leading the line, Tron and IOST claiming the 2nd and 3rd spot. The CCID claims that a few public chain projects have lost their pace, while the overall index has been fairly constant due to the Covid-19 pandemic, which has caused considerable damage across the globe in the last two months especially.

In Applicability, Nebulas came third while Ethereum and Tron were the top 2. Bitchin in the third subcategory of creativity came out on top quite significantly, and the second and third spots were reserved by EOS and Ethereum.

The CCID report is carried out in collaboration with many big firms too like the Chinese software evaluation centre.  The ranks help CCID in providing a better outlook and consultation to government and other enterprises. The results display how Tron, EOS and Ethererum are leading the pack, while bitcoin is clearly struggling to pick the pace.

CCID Results Good News For Tron And Ethereum, Not Bitcoin

EOS, Tron and Etherem appears to lead in most of the subcategories ,while bitcoin stood out in the subcategory of creativity,according to CCID results.
