Chicago Merchantile Technology (CME Group), the crypto derivative and Bitcoin Futures offering platform disclosed that trading would be ceased in Chicago from March 13, 2020, according to the latest <a href="https://www.cnbc.com/2020/03/11/cme-group-will-close-chicago-trading-floor-as-a-precaution-over-coronavirus.html" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">CNBC report</a>.

Recently WHO has declared the Coronavirus as a global pandemic, which has affected the various companies and organisations associated with cryptocurrency. Companies are planning to change the course of the business for the time being.

CME Group explained the need to take caution over the spread of Coronavirus for its latest move to dismiss the services. The financial market of the United States are severally distressed by the virus, as noticed by the drop in the Dow Jones Industrial Average.
