As revealed, this partnership is accomplished in order to improve the transparency in advertising and staying off the radar of the Indian regulators.

Recently, the Delhi High Court released a notice regarding ad disclaimers from crypto exchanges, and keeping this in mind, CoinDCX has partnered with the ASCI to improve its advertising transparency.

The Advertising Standards Council of India is a non-governmental, self-regulatory organization that claims to favor consumer interests and protection.

Sumit Gupta, the CEO and co-founder of CoinDCX, cited the partnership with the ASCI and mentioned that the move is going to boost <a href="https://www.cryptoknowmics.com/news/coindcx-launches-new-ad-to-encourage-investors-amid-crypto-turmoil/">confidence</a> among Indian investors:

In addition to this, it should be noted that the Chairman of ASCI, Subhash Kamath, has shared the intentions of the organization to add members from new industries who believe in self-regulation. Kamath said:
<blockquote>"Collaboration and consultation with all stakeholders are keys to navigating the consumer protection challenges posed in this digital age.”</blockquote>
<h2>More About the Notice Issued by Delhi High Court</h2>
Back on July 14, the Delhi High Court issued a notice that sought to enforce fresh guidelines for crypto exchanges advertising on national television. 

It was revealed that the high court has planned to have a discussion on the issue with input from the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the Securities and Exchange Board of India, and crypto exchanges WazirX and CoinDCX.

There have been reports that suggest that the notice was based on a petition filed by local lawyers Vikash Kumar and Ayush Shukla, who desired crypto ads to mention:
