<span style="font-weight: 400">Coinsilium Group Limited and IOV Labs (the creator of smart contract platform that is protected with Bitcoin network) to work in association to set up a joint venture in Singapore.</span>

<span style="font-weight: 400">Coinsilium has recently announced its deal with the IOV labs according to which IOV is going to invest £250,001 into the project of Singapore’s joint venture through a private placement. The <a href="https://www.cryptoknowmics.com/crypto/chinas-blockchain-rush-over-26k-startups-running-almost-80k-enrolled/">blockchain</a> investment and advisory firm said that the funds would be utilized for the further growth and development towards joint initiatives of both the firms.</span>
<h2><strong>A Joint Venture Between Coinsilium And IOV Labs</strong></h2>
<span style="font-weight: 400">Coinsilium said that along with the deal, it had also agreed to the MOU with the IOV labs to set up a joint venture in <a href="https://www.cryptoknowmics.com/crypto/singapore-to-accept-crypto-derivatives-on-approved-exchanges/">Singapore</a>. As per the <a href="https://www.proactiveinvestors.co.uk/companies/news/911622/coinsilium-signs-investment-agreement-with-bitcoin-smart-contract-developer-iov-labs-911622.html">Joint Venture</a> (JV), Coinsilium will help IOV in promoting and selling the technologies, services and products of RSK (IOV subsidiary firm) in the Asian market.</span>

<span style="font-weight: 400">The Joint Venture will also promote the RIF token for wide adoption in order to power the ecosystem of RSK’s solutions. </span>
<h2><strong>Additional Terms Under The JV Yet To Be Concluded</strong></h2>
<span style="font-weight: 400">There are more terms that are yet to be signed under the joint venture and the collaboration between the two firms. </span><span style="font-weight: 400">The Chief executive of Coinsilium, Eddy Travia, said that the agreement would significantly strengthen the ties between the two firms. He added that they look forward to updating the rapidly-evolving strategic market with this joint venture with IOV and RSK. Asia comprises fast-growing and most vibrant blockchain hubs worldwide which makes it an essential strategic market for RSK. Through continuous growth in revenue, the board is focussing on providing long term value to the shareholder of Coinsilium.</span>
