DForce, a Chinese DeFi project.  which has been facing huge difficulties for quite some time has now seen kind of hope. Recently, it came out that the attacker has <a href="https://etherscan.io/tokentxns?a=0xa9bf70a420d364e923c74448d9d817d3f2a77822" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">returned </a>all of the stolen funds from dForce.

These stolen funds were of total $25 million from which the attacker has returned $2.79 million funds yesterday i.e. April 20. While remaining $22 million funds have been returned by him today, i.e. April 21.
<h2>Returned stolen funds of dForce worth $24 million</h2>
Even though the attacker has returned all the stolen funds but now those funds are worth $24 million. There is a drop of $1 million now as compared to when those funds were stolen. In these funds, there were several cryptos included and Ethereum was of the highest worth among others.

There was $10.11 million <a href="https://www.cryptoknowmics.com/news/your-guide-to-what-is-ethereum-and-its-various-applications/">Ethereum</a> (ETH), while the second number was USD stablecoins worth $9.46 million. Bitcoin (BTC) worth $4.03 million was at the third number and the remaining amount was held by other cryptocurrencies.
<h2>Returning of stolen funds is still unclear</h2>
Although the attacker has returned all of the stolen funds, it is still not clear why he returned all of them. However, there were certain reports in which it has been revealed that the attacker has also leaked his own IP address. These steps taken by the attacker are quite sceptical and anything could not be said in this regard until and unless the attacker himself comes out with a proper explanation of this act.

DForce was attacked last weekend and in this attack, the firm has lost almost 100% of its total value. Due to this attack, the firm was facing some serious loss. Even though the attacker has returned all of the stolen funds but the firm is currently showing only $10,000 locked value.
