Hillsborough Circuit Court, on August 04, <a href="https://www.tampabay.com/news/crime/2020/08/04/tampa-teen-accused-of-profiting-from-twitter-hacks-pleads-not-guilty/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">declared</a> that 17-year-old leading accusing of Twitter, Graham Ivan Clark, pleaded not guilty for all 30 counts he has been accused of.

A total of 30 charges had been registered against the accused in the court by the plaintiffs. It is to be noted that if all those charges would have been proven, then Clark had to spend 200 years of life in the prison.  
<h2>30 Charges Against Main Accused</h2>
The documents submitted by the plaintiffs in the court stated that Clark was accused of 17 communication fraud, 11 illegally using personal information, one organized fraud for $5000, and one accessing the electronic device illegally.

After he was taken into custody, Clark was sent behind the bars. He demanded a bail hearing for $725,000, which had been scheduled on August 05. 

During the hearing, the defense attorney requested the court to deduct his bail amount penalty.

It has been alleged that in July 2020, Clark, Nima Fazeli of Orlando, and Mason Sheppard of the UK gained the access of 130 Twitter accounts which belonged to some famous personalities around the world, for hacking. 

He posted a tweet from those accounts urging their followers and other Twitter users to send whatever amount of BTC to a specific address. Clark further in the forged tweet promised the users that he would return them the double amount of BTC.
<h2>Discord User’s Involvement</h2>
According to the reports, in just three hours, all the three accused were able to accumulate $117,000 by defrauding people. 

The report further mentioned that Fazeli and Sheppard are also facing the same charges in the federal court of California. It is being assumed that the court would sentence five-year jail for Fazeli with up to $250,000 and 45 years prison for Sheppard with a fine of up to $750,000.

The report additionally stated that one od the Discord users by the Kirk#5270 username started the planning for this hack. It is being claimed that the Discord user was connected to Fazeli and Sheppard and also was working at Twitter. 

The Discord user promised the other two accused that if he would be paid in Bitcoin then he will not only gain access but also will operate the Twitter Account
