The ousted co-founder of Bitmain, Micree Zhan, on July 06, <a href="https://decrypt.co/34782/ousted-bitmain-co-founder-sets-up-new-corporate-account-and-website" target="_blank" rel="noopener">announced</a> that the corporate bank account which was being used to buy the company’s products has been changed. This announcement was made through official WeChat account of Bitmain, which is currently being handled by Zhan only.

He further notified that now the new bank account would run under the name of Zhanhua Intelligent Technology Company.
<h2>Bitmain’s New Corporate Bank Account</h2>
According to the corporate directory of China, this company has been registered in Fuzhou, which the hometown of Zhan, and also, this company is fully controlled by Bitmain Beijing.

The Chinese company directory Tianyancha has notified that although presently the company is not active, from the year 2017 till 2020, it is co-owned by Jihan Wu and Micree Zhan. But on July 06, Wu was dismissed from his position and was replaced with another person.

Presently, Zhan and Wu are fighting over the position of Legal Representative of the company so that one of them gets control over the bank accounts of the company and also gets an authority to sign for the company.
<h2>Bitmain To File Lawsuit Against Zhan</h2>
Zhan only controls the Beijing office of Bitmain, but Wu is the legal representative, who has the authority to open and close accounts.

The parent company of Bitmain China which is in Hong Kong is also supervised by Wu. Recently, the TSMC of Taiwan sent a shipment of key silicon to Shenzhen, the Bitmain factory, but Wu just seized it.

As soon as Zhan made an announcement regarding the change of bank account, the world’s largest crypto exchange notified that the ousted co-founder is not allowed to make any changes in the company. The Bitmain has further suggested that now the company would also file a lawsuit against Zhan.

Along with the company’s corporate bank account, Zhan also changed its official website which now has a unique domain name.
