OKEx Will Resume Withdrawals After More Than Month Suspension

November 20, 2020      Vandana Malik

OKEx had suspended the withdrawal services of digital assets from its exchange on October 16, 2020, due to an ongoing police investigation on one of its staffers. There is a new update from the exchange and it has now announced to resume withdrawals anytime before or on November 27, 2020. Even though OKEx had suspended the withdrawals, other services were not affected and were working fine as usual.

OKEx Will Resume Withdrawals While Thanking its Loyal Customers

Suspension of withdrawal services for such a long time encountered a major problem for most of its customers. The exchange has lost a lot of its customers despite promising customers the safety of their assets. Now as OKEx plans to resume withdrawals, it has decided to thank its loyal customers who didn’t lose their faith.

OKEx will be launching a user loyalty reward campaign which is specially for all those users who supported the exchange despite the suspension. The exchange is extremely thankful to its loyal customers for their continuous support. Jay Hao, CEO of OKEx, said:

“We apologize for the inconvenience caused and, beyond offering loyalty rewards, we know that we must continue to work diligently to restore their confidence.”

Exchange Has Committed to Innovation

In recent years, OKEx has seen some major growth and now it comes among the world’s largest crypto exchanges. It is quite evident that the exchange is highly committed to its regular push for innovation. Due to this, it has always come up with something exciting for its customers, which also shows its commitment to its customers. Some reputable sources like CoinDesk, CryptoCompare, and others have recognised the exchange as the best crypto derivatives exchange. Due to the recent suspension, the exchange must have faced many hardships, but it will soon overcome it due to its commitment to provide the best services.
