<h2><strong>Otherside Land NFT Sells Over $1.5M</strong></h2>
On Sunday, an NFT collector “N0b0dy.eth” bought Otherdeed #59906, the eighth rarest virtual land piece from Yuga Labs’ Otherside metaverse project from “brickandmorty.eth” who made a profit of $1.49 million, having spent 305 ApeCoin or $6000 to mint the NFT.

According to <a href="https://opensea.io/collection/otherdeed" target="_blank" rel="noopener">OpenSea</a>, the current floor price of Otherdeeds is 3 ETH or $7,200. This means that the NFT collector n0b0dy.eth bought the Otherdeed #59906 NFT at a massive premium.

But, this could be because the NFT is ranked 8th by rarity on <a href="https://raritysniper.com/otherdeed?nftId=59906" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Rarity Sniper</a> and also contains a 1 of 1 artifact, a mystery potion that was also featured in the official trailer of Otherside.
<h2><strong>Otherdeed NFTs Currently Above Top 10 Collections</strong></h2>
Yuga Labs began its much-anticipated Otherside NFT mint on Apr 30 and sold 55,000 Otherdeeds, the metaverse land NFTs, in three hours. The company generated more than $317 million from the NFT mint and is the highest-grossing NFT project to date. It's top 10 highest sales range between $700,000 and $1.5 million, according to Dune Analytics.

Otherdeed NFTs are currently in the top 10 collections by sales volumes. According to data from CryptoSlam, the NFTs clocked in around $833 million in primary and secondary sales within days of its launch.
