This product will be exclusively available for all the members and customers of RippleNet network. Recently, the firm has published a job posting on its official website which states that the firm is looking for a product managing director. The person who will be hired for this position will be responsible for the development and launch of the loan product by Ripple.
<h2>Ripple requires strong leadership skills for a new project</h2>
In the job description that Ripple has <a href="https://ripple.com/company/careers/all-jobs?gh_jid=2186698" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">posted </a>on its website, it has clearly mentioned that there is a need of a person with extremely high leadership skills. The reason is, that person will be responsible for collaborating with different customers of the company regarding the project.

The firm is looking for a person who must have at least five years of experience in project management as the position is for the director of project management. The execution of the functional loan offering will be done by the same person only. Along with the job requirements, Ripple has also published the huge benefits that the person will be getting for joining the company. One of the top job recruitment sites has stated that for such a high profile job, the company will be offering around $250,000 per year.
<h2>Shifting away from cross-border payments</h2>
It has also been noted down, that with this move it has been seen that Ripple is now moving away from the cross-border payments system. This was the primary focus of the firm before but with its venture with lending, it seems to be shifted away. However, the firm has also made sure that its primary focus is still on cross-border payments only. The CEO of Ripple, Brad Garlinghouse, said back in February that the firm might be expanding its arms with various firms of the industry.
