SBI Holdings’ retail forex brokerage arm, SBI FXTRADE would be introducing contracts-for-differences (CFDs) instruments soon on its platform for trading cryptocurrencies.

The platform has <a href="https://www.sbifxt.co.jp/notice/post_418.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">announced</a> that from August 31, it would start digital assets trading. The retail forex brokerage arm of SBI Holdings also informed that its customers are allowed to use the new services 24 hours a day on its web as well as mobile interfaces.
<h2>Digital Assets Trading Against Fiat Currency</h2>
SBI FXTRADE in its announcement has notified that the users are allowed to trade with Bitcoin, Ripple, and Ethereum on its platform. 

Further, it has been notified that all three digital assets would be listed against the Japanese national currency Yen and the US Dollar which will allow the customers to trade in six crypto-fiat pairs.

According to the notification, the user can trade 0.0001 BTC for 60 yen; 1 XRP for 15 yen and 0.001 ETH for 20 yen. The maximum cap for trading digital assets could reach 500 BTC, 10,000,000 XRP, and 10,000 ETH. 

It is to be noted that BTC, XRP, and ETH would just be integrated as CFD on the platform, which means the traders could only trade them on digital assets’ actual price, but they could not own them.
<h2>SBI FXTRADE Offers Leverage Of 2x</h2>
As per the report, leverage of 2x limit was already imposed by the regulatory body of Japan on the financial market, earlier to curtail the risk involved with the crypto market’s margin trading. 

The report further stated that now, the SBI platform would be offering the same leverage to its traders. 

Additionally, it has been reported that currently, the crypto market is experiencing a bullish trend and its demand among traders is increasing rapidly. It is being assumed that introducing the CFD on SBI Holding’s retail arm would be beneficial for the platform.

As per the report, SBI FXTRADE had also integrated with the R3’s blockchain infrastructure to share margin traders' transactions on the platform.
