Digital securities platform Securitize<a href="https://finance.yahoo.com/news/securitize-announces-strategic-fundraise-sbi-001316559.html"> announced</a> a seven-figure sum investment by SBI Investment on November 27. SBI Investments is the asset management subsidiary of Tokyo-listed SBI Holdings. However, It has not been revealed the exact amount Securitize raised this time round.

Moreover, Securitize has stabilised its identity in the blockchain market by securing a massive $14 million capital injection by major institutions like Nomura, Santander bank and MUFG, about two months back. Since then, the firm has emerged as a new wave with its innovative and trusted solutions for tokenization. The aim of procuring investments from three major names in the banking sector; was to attract further funding and that goal, it seems, has now been accomplished.

In addition, the Coinbase-backed Securitize has a digital securities protocol that allows the compliant trading of private securities on public blockchains and several exchanges. Apart from Coinbase Ventures, the company has attracted several investors including Blockchain Capital, Ripple’s Xpring and Japanese firms MUFG Innovation Partners, KDDI Open Innovation Fund, and 31Ventures.
