Scott Melker of ‘Wolf of All Streets’ has <a href="https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=RRzzDISPAfA" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">recently</a> revealed that he sees danger in relying on the centralized platform. This statement by him is coming out after the recent attack on twitter accounts. He has said this because he is unable to do anything through his twitter account. For more than 24 hours, he is only able to read and retweet.
<h2>Melker was unable to verify his account</h2>
On Wednesday, July 15 when the Twitter hack took place, Melker has said that he is unable to verify his account even after using the two-factor authentication. He has also mentioned that one hour before the restrictions were imposed on his account, he was able to read, retweet and post through his account. However, Twitter has informed its users that the platform has locked several accounts which were compromised. 

It has also been mentioned that the accounts will be restored once the investigation is completed and there is no further threat to them. Some of the prominent accounts like Binance and Joe Biden are now restored and they are online again. Melker has said that one should not rely upon these centralized platforms because their account can be taken away instantly. He has also said that the failures which are associated with these accounts cannot be controlled. Hence he believes that one should not trust centralized platforms.
<h2>The hack is twitter problem and not Bitcoin problem</h2>
Melker has also said that this is quite an old type of hack which has been proved to be a failed one as seen in history. He believes that this hack should be considered as a problem of Twitter and not a Bitcoin problem. However, it has been seen that the price of Bitcoin had decreased by 1.4%, a few hours after the hack took place. He has also mentioned that all the most prominent personalities were quite disturbed through this hack done on their Twitter accounts.
