Spanish bitcoin and cryptocurrency exchange company, Bit2Me  has <a href="https://www.cryptoninjas.net/2019/11/27/spanish-crypto-exchange-bit2me-launches-bitcoin-real-estate-buying-service/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">announced the launch</a> of a new service which is called the  ‘Real Estate OTC’ to arbitrate parties in buying and selling of real estate while using bitcoin as the means of exchange for transactions.

Having penned down a collaborative partnership with Notaria Pública, Bit2Me is now in the market to make contract offerings that would enable the procurement of real estate with <a href="https://www.cryptoknowmics.com/crypto/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">bitcoin</a> (BTC).

Bit2Me Real Estate OTC service estate team guarantees that the legal security between the parties involved in the sale before any national public notary is safe as it is fully integrated in the blockchain network.

According to Javier Pastor, the Commercial Director at Bit2Me, the   Bit2Me Estate OTC is a legal, fiscal and commercial service that guarantees all parties the correct execution of the contract of sale.

However, the Bit2Me Estate legal sources show that two parties engaged in the transaction must set an agreement on a date for when the price of BTC is set based on their exchange prices to euros.

Thereafter, they can proceed to the delivery at the act and before a notary of the amount established and the property is written for its corresponding value in euros. The registration document also highlights this, by inferring that transactions must be completed with BTC.

Beyond this conclusion of the closing of the operation, it is imperative that the buyer should collect in his income tax return (IRPF) if the buyer has any augmented or loss assets from the purchase of his ‘crypts’ until the payment delivery is satisfied and just in the right condition.
