Telegram TON blockchain launch has been delayed further and the company is in likely to give investors their 72% stake investment back if they wish for it. Telegram's delayed the launch of its blockchain first in October when it landed in hot water when the US Security and exchange commission filed a lawsuit against the firm for stacking up $1.7 billion in 2018 through an unregistered securities sale. Telegram decided to mend its ways and cane up with a new launching date of April 30, 2020.

The telegram was dealt with another major blow when a US judge ruled out the possibility for Telegram to launch it's gram token until the case was resolved.

Telegram has been making moves to keep the damage of these decisions to a bare minimum and keep the boat running. On Wednesday, they came up with a scheme that investors who are willing to forgo their 72% can lend their investment to the company for the next twelve months.

They also offered that if they continued to do so, by April 30th, 2021, Telegram would return 110% on their investment.

Telegram also informed that they're in touch and are negotiating with the people in charge or relevant authority to find a way to still somehow provide the investors with grams or a similar kind of cryptocurrency.
<h2>There's Still Belief That TON Will Come Through</h2>
The founder of QIWI, Sergey Solonin has suggested that this is a piece of good news for investors especially in times like these. The payment processing firm founder who made a $17 million investment in TON believes that the terms are friendly and given the fact that there would be additional returns, he believes many like him would continue to ride along. He went on to add that while he feels that launching gram tokens on the TON blockchain would still be extremely hard, Telegram in one year would surely fund a suitable investor to pay back the money.
