<span style="font-weight: 400">Trezor, one of the major hardware crypto wallet providers, has issued a warning to its users of a fake app. According to the firm, there is a fake Trezor application on the Google Play store and warned the users that it is not having any connection with the firm or SatoshiLabs. This news has been announced by the firm on January 18, 2020, and has asked its clients to avoid this malicious application. Along with this, the firm has also mentioned that they should not share their phrase with anyone. It should be shared only if the Trezor device asks the users to do so. </span>

<span style="font-weight: 400">Trezor has <a href="https://wiki.trezor.io/User_manual:Using_Trezor_with_Android" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">provided</a> a short manual for all the users who wish to use the wallet on an android device. The firm has also mentioned all the major third-party apps which include <a href="https://www.cryptoknowmics.com/news/bitcoin-open-source-wallets-in-2020/">Mycelium</a>, WallETH, and few others. It is revealed that this malicious app has been downloaded more than 1000 times and is still available on the Google store. A lot of users of Trezor and people familiar with the matter have described this malicious app as a scam on the store. One user has mentioned:</span>
