New York-based crypto-asset broker Voyager Digital is <a href="https://news.bitcoin.com/voyager-digital-buys-european-crypto-exchange-focused-on-institutional-investors/">buying</a> France-based crypto exchange LGO Markets.  The firms' two separate native tokens, <a href="https://www.cryptoknowmics.com/news/voyager-adds-its-first-stable-coins/">VGX</a> and LGO will also merge under the new brand Voyager.
<h2><strong>New Tokens Will Operate Under the Voyager Brand</strong></h2>
The new tokens will serve with an opening interest rate of 7%. Moreover, the acquisition will enable Voyager to enter into the retail market of Europe. Under the acquisition terms, both the firms will merge under one brand “<a href="https://www.cryptoknowmics.com/news/voyager-raises-additional-21m-through-private-placement/">Voyager</a>.”

<h2><strong>LGO to Transfer Its Assets to Voyager by Year-End</strong></h2>
Voyager currently has a market capitalization of about $56 million. Recently, it had announced its OTC desk trading for its business pertaining to Institution and Treasury. Voyager has further made an advisory partnership with Tracy McGrady from the NBA Hall of Fame.

LGO holds a Virtual Asset Service Provider registered with the French Autorité des Marché Financiers (AMF). The cryptocurrency exchange has more than 60 international clients and is expected to discontinue its dedicated institutional exchange by October 31, 2020. Consequently, it will transfer its assets to Voyager by the end of the year.
