The lawyers representing in the Kleiman v/s Craig Case has recently confirmed that they are expecting, on July 06, 2020, the trial would be convened.

This case has captivated the crypto community for a very long time but now it might receive the final verdict.

On May 01, 2020, Judge Bloom, who is supervising the case, issued an <a href="https://www.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.flsd.521536/gov.uscourts.flsd.521536.476.0.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener">order</a> stating that the trail for the case would begin on July 06, 2020.
<h2>No More Motions In Court By Plaintiffs</h2>
The lawyers representing both the parties have mentioned that they have been waiting for this opportunity for so long to prove their case in the court. They also have stated that now they would not file any new motion in the court, as it might delay the trial process.

Andres Rivero, Dr. Craig Wright’s attorney, stated that his client wanted to explain the court that he has always remained truthful regarding the case.

Rivero further stated that earlier, on most occasions the case was delayed, the reason behind it is the motions filed by the plaintiffs. But recently, neither of the attorneys would file any motion now.

He added that during the recent trial, which would be held on July 06, Kleiman’s lawyers would have to prove the court that there had been a verbal agreement between Wright and Kleiman.
<h2>Plaintiffs Waiting For Trial</h2>
According to the report, the verbal agreement claims that whatever Wright would do for the rest of his life, its 50 percent shareholder would be Kleiman.

Rivero asserted that Dr. Wright has always considered Kleiman his very dear friend, but it does not mean that he is entitled to half of the Bitcoin, which belongs to Wright.

Roche Cyrulnik Freedman LLP, the firm representing Ira Kleiman in court, stated, “Any comment that Plaintiffs are responsible for any delays to the trial date is absurd”.

The firm further stated that on January 10, 2020, Judge Bloom established that the evidence presented by Craig was just a lie, as he wanted to wast the valuable time of the court and delay the case.

Rivero has said that other than fees, Judge Bloom has reversed the sanctions against Wright.
