Presently, the largest human resources firm of the world, Randstad, has been<a href="https://cloud.google.com/customers/randstad/"> testing</a> a combination of Cypherium blockchain and Google Cloud to find better match talent for the corporate sector according to their needs.

A blog by Randstad stated that with the help of<a href="https://www.cryptoknowmics.com/crypto/polkadot-gets-integrated-with-chainlink-first-non-ethereum-blockchain-backed/"> blockchain</a> they could automate the bureaucratic tasks that were associated with the recruitment. The Netherland-based firm also stated that if they start working on the blockchain then it would make the whole process more efficient for the company (Randstad).

Recently, Randstad did research on distributed ledger technology (DLT) and founds that the technology securely preserves the data of the customer. The research further mentioned that before providing details of the customer to the company<a href="https://www.cryptoknowmics.com/crypto/deutsche-borse-boerse-and-swisscom-successfully-settles-securities-using-dlt/"> DLT</a> verifies it.

According to the report, there have been many companies that seek immediate role fulfilment of job but without compromising on privacy, in that case, Randstad’s initiative would act as a mediator and help those companies to find an appropriate match.

The CEO of Cypherium, Sky Guo, has recently stated, 
<blockquote>“If a job candidate wants to prove that he has the grades and diploma, what they need to do is provide the hash of the diploma and the employer can verify that hash with the hash of the university.”</blockquote>
The blockchain infrastructure platform, Cypherium, that specializes in the smart contract has been adopted by the Facebook-initiated<a href="https://www.cryptoknowmics.com/crypto/facebook-libra-project-dealt-a-huge-blow-by-group-of-seven-g7/"> Libra project</a>.

After getting combined with the blockchain platform, Google Cloud’s G Suite would enable Randstad to monitor and build its human resource platform.

While appreciating the collaboration of<a href="https://www.cryptoknowmics.com/crypto/blockchain-alluring-for-cloud-vendors-amazon-triumphs/"> Google Cloud</a> and Cypherium blockchain with Randstad, the global collaboration manager at Randstad, Frank van der Bijl has stated that the combination of both companies would help Netherland-based firm to verify and find an appropriate match its client. Bijl also mentioned that it would be a fast and easy process.
