Major cryptocurrency exchange company Binance, is planning to add support for all 180 currencies of the world for its direct fiat-to crypto trading facility.

Binance CEO, Changpeng ‘CZ’ Zhao was speaking during the AMA portion of meetup when he <a href="https://micky.com.au/binance-to-onboard-180-new-fiat-currencies/">announced</a> that his primary focus over the next couple of quarters is to integrate the remaining 180 fiat currencies on the Binance platform.

At the moment, Binance supports euro (EUR); Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH); Kazakhstani tenge (KZT); Nigerian naira (NGN), and Russian ruble (RUB). CZ said:
<blockquote>“One of the key things I want to do for the next few months – six to nine months or so – is to get those other 180 onboarded onto Binance.com.We want to have them directly on Binance.com wherever possible so that this way, they have direct access to the large liquidity on Binance.com.” </blockquote>
Importantly, CZ first revealed Binance’s direct fiat-to-crypto trading facility on October  21. He recently noted that adding fiat on-ramps around the world is “very important for lowering the barrier to entry” and that customers can expect “more pairs very soon.”
<h2>No Long Waits for Customer Service</h2>
Moreover, CZ noted that he plans to improve customer service on Binance. In his speech, he recounted the era before binance where customers had to wait for weeks after submitting tickets; for a response.  This is what he said on the matter:
<blockquote>“Before Binance, there were many experiences of people using exchanges that would submit a ticket and wait for months. This is real money that have on the exchange and when they have some issue, they wait for months for a reply. We shortened that to 24 hours, guaranteed, and we will try to shorten that to one hour, now, or less. So we want to make the maximum time you will wait an hour, 24 hours a day, anywhere in the world.”</blockquote>
In conclusion, during the same meeting; Binance and HTC announced their new partnership to launch the special edition HTC Exodus 1 Binance edition. The device will support Binance’s Blockchain, the <a href="https://www.cryptoknowmics.com/crypto/binance-chain-to-deliver-institutional-grade-amls-controls-with-ciphertrace/">Binance DEX.</a>
