<span style="font-weight: 400">Binance, one of the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange released a <a href="https://www.binance.com/en/blog/421499824684900362/Z-Corporation-a-subsidiary-of-Yahoo-Japan-and-TaoTao-begin-negotiations-with-Binance-for-strategic-partnerships-in-the-Japanese-market-">press release</a> about its partnership strategy with two Japanese firms.  C.Z, the CEO of binance, commented that they are working in full compliance with the Japanese laws and regulations to establish a sustainable development industry which would encourage wider public adoption.</span>
<h2><b>Binance Coming In Partnership With Japanese Firms</b></h2>
<span style="font-weight: 400">The negotiations have begun with Z corporation (a subsidiary of Z Holdings Corporation, previously known as Yahoo Japan) and TaoTao to bring Binance to Japan. After thoughtful discussions with both the companies, Binance will launch its trading services for the users in Japan. The exact details on the partnership are yet to reveal, but the discussion is ongoing, but according to the CEO, the preparation to launch trading services will start soon.</span>
<h2><b>FSA To Enforce Strict Crypto Regulation Laws</b></h2>
<span style="font-weight: 400">Financial services agency (FSA) is maintaining a tight grip on crypto regulations and has proposed to lower the leverage rate limit of crypto margin from 4x to 2x. It will also impose the revised versions of the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act and Payment Services Act by this April. All companies in partnership will work with the agency. After licensing the Binance’s cutting-edge technologies, both the partnership firms will collaborate with the FSA to provide full regulatory compliance in Japan.</span>

<span style="font-weight: 400">As of yesterday, Binance declared that it will gradually restrict access of binance.com in Japan, although, the reason is still not specified. For now, japan residents still have access to the portal. Last year in September, the exchange restricted U.S. residents from accessing its universal platform and released a dedicated Binance.US instead. </span>
