Crypto derivatives exchange BitMEX <a href="https://www.theblockcrypto.com/linked/76535/bitmex-mobile-trading-app?utm_source=rss&amp;utm_medium=rss" target="_blank" rel="noopener">released</a> its first mobile application, BitMEX Mobile, in 140 countries around the world, on September 01. The newly-launched application by BitMEX would offer a mobile trading platform to the users of the derivatives exchange.

As per the report, the introduction of a new mobile application is a part of BitMEX’s recent initiative in which it decided to offer a new experience to the users on the exchange.
<h2>BitMex Mobile Application Has Six New Features</h2>
The newly-launched app by BitMEX has certain features that could easily be managed by the exchanges’ users.

Recently, the commercial director of 100x Group, Ben Radclyffe, said, “Our global audience, many of them are mobile-first, so having an innate mobile application that allows them to access our product and our services should help increase our user base.”

The newly-launched mobile app by BitMEX has six new features to help the traders.

Radclyffe further mentioned that the BitMEX is using the same security measures for the mobile app as it has been using for the web platform. However, some new features like biometric unlock and fingerprint scanning has also been integrated with the app. 

He also talked about BitMEX’s charting software, which has been developed by the derivative exchange’s own team. 
<h2>Establish Push Notification</h2>
Radclyffe has additionally stated that the mobile application also allows the users to establish a push notification for auto-deleverages and liquidations.

According to the report, with the help of BitMEX Mobile application, the traders could easily get market data in a real-time.

Initially, the pilot version of this application was released in 18 different countries. As the company receives a positive response from these countries it further released the app in remaining countries.

Notably, a few days ago, BitMEX introduced the know-your-customer (KYC) procedure on its platform. This procedure was launched to verify the identities of its customers on the platform.
