Other cryptocurrencies that posted high gains include Bitcoin cash at +137%. Ethereum at +107% and Litecoin and XRP with +103% and +28% respectively. The report further indicates that these five (top) cryptocurrencies dominate the market. They currently control 86% of the overall market capitalization.

Bitcoin's dominance increased from 54.6% to 65.0% (+10.4%). Some of this dominance came at the cost of XRP and EOS, which lost half of their market. Notably, the two have been losing in profitably. XRP, for instance, was the lowest-performing top five coin and by a mile.

The report also talks about the recent growing bullish sentiment. One key aspect of this is Bitcoin searches on Google being far more than stocks. Furthermore, the numbers were in around those of Q4 2017, when Bitcoin hit its all-time high. Trading volume has also been hitting these highs.
