<h2>Indian Government Delays Introducing Cryptocurrency Bill</h2>
The Indian Government told the Supreme Court earlier, that the country's banning bill may be introduced in the winter session of Parliament. While Lok Sabha, the lower house of parliament of Indian released the agenda in which the crypto bill is not included. This seems to be a sign of happiness to the Indian community as many of the crypto enthusiasts have been campaigning to persuade the government to re-evaluate the bill.
<h3>"Happy News " Crypto Bill Postponed</h3>
The Indian Government has been pondering on a crypto bill titled" Banning of Cryptocurrency and Regulation of Official Digital Currency Bill 2019". The government of India told the supreme court of India that bill may be introduced in Parliament's winter session. Nevertheless, the lower house of Indian parliament, Lok Sabha released the agenda on Thursday for the winter session. That agenda does not include the crypto bill.
CEO at local crypto Exchange, Pocketbits, Sohail Merchant gave remarks on this scenario on Friday:
"Draft bill for banning of crypto is not on the agenda for [the] parliament Winter session. Relief for now, but use this time to come together and present our case to the regulators."

Parliament' winter session span starts from Nov 18 and ends on Dec 13. The <a href="https://twitter.com/nischalshetty?lang=en">CEO of Wazirx Crypto exchange, Nischal Shetty made a tweet</a>:

Cryptocurrency banning bill was drafted by an Interministerial Committee (IMC). That was headed by one-time Secretary of Department of Economic Affairs, Subhash Chandra Garg. The bill was proposed to the Finance Ministry in February and made it public in July. The Supreme Court delayed all the hearings relating to the country's Crypto policies to the next year January.
<h3>Community Appears As a Single Voice</h3>
As soon as the bill was revealed publically, the Indian crypto community has been struggling and campaigning to persuade the government to reconsider the urge of not banning crypto since then. CEO at Pocketbits also pledged all the stakeholders across the crypto industry:
"Let's set all the ego and competition aside and echo our thoughts with a single voice."

Many of the crypto stakeholders assembled at an event named " Unwind With Crypto" earlier this month. The local exchange, Coindcx hosted the event. The exchange explained the meeting was to"assemble the important stakeholders in the crypto industry and build stronger global community". Reportedly, the cream of crypto and blockchain industry attended the event. The pioneers who have led India's crypto competence to the global platform. The exchange also told that attendees included representatives from Crypto Kanoon, Matic Network, Marlin Protocol, Wood Stock Fund, Cashaa, Hard Fork. Also, the major exchanges such as Wazirx and Delta attended the event too.

Crypto Kanoon's representative, Kashif Raza commented:
<h4><em>“It i</em><em>s unfortunate that despite our community’s utmost efforts, the central bank still seems confused regarding the widespread power of <a href="https://www.cryptoknowmics.com/crypto/credible-liquidity-on-investment-worthy-crypto-assets-only-on-top-40-coins/">crypto assets</a>.”</em></h4>
"Moreover, the members attending committed to having a larger discussion and engage more in the weeks to come,” CEO at Coindcx, Sumit Gupta told the source. “A set of more meetings have been planned to decide the modus operandi. Another event that we are planning is around engaging with the journalists in the finance and business domain to present a fair picture", assuring the schedule of the next meeting in December, he explained:

"All members present committed time for more such meetings and a lot of backdoor meetings are already underway."

Amid, Shetty has been campaigning on social media calling for positive crypto regulation which he started running 379 days earlier.
