XRP market speculations have been doubtful given the recent downward trends in price index. However, an optimistic crypto analyst, Welson has offered fresh hopes that XRP could be heading for a price surge. In a September 9, 2019 tweet, the analyst stated that the crypto-verse needs to be more bullish than ever because XRP has balanced out upwards channels. 
<h2>XRP is Number 3 by Market Cap</h2>
XRP holds the third-largest cryptocurrency position by market capitalization and since the beginning of the year; has been the center of global attention. In fact, the asset has garnered interest due it's sideways trading throughout the year; despite a <a href="https://www.cryptoknowmics.com/crypto/btc-price-manipulation-as-a-factor-in-bitcoin-etf-and-regulatory-delay-sec-chairman-jay-clayton/">bullish bitcoin surge</a> as well as a rise in price by other major altcoins. Meanwhile, most crypto analysts attribute XRP’s price drops as a result of market manipulation by Ripple. 

Nevertheless, Welson has a firm belief that a bull run is yet any time soon in the XRP market. According to him, XRP has bottomed out towards the upward channels it is currently in. Hence, a surge will start from there. Additionally, XRP will trade sideways for the next few months; given most people don't have hope in the spike. Yet Wilson believes it is the right time for the crypto-verse to be bullish about XRP. Meanwhile, the XRP army seemed less hopeful and enthusiastic about Welson’s market prediction.

A few of them noted Welson’s speculations as just another bullish prediction, while others claimed they would be stocking more XRP tokens. Those shunning Welson’s sentiments as another bullish prediction stated that a few months ago; several analysts said the same about XRP, but the price is still a meager $0.26. One XRP follower, for instance noted;
