In accordance with the archives of the ecosystem portal of the Oracle provider Chainlink, around 281 different crypto projects have made announcements regarding their amalgamations during 2021. As revealed recently, Chainlink has incorporated partners unifications at a rate of over 1.4 during this year, almost twice as compared to 2020.

Oracle Contributor Chainlink Partnering Rate Exceeds 1.4 Per Day

The all-time third-party amalgamations of Chainlink have totaled 650, which clearly means incorporation of around 43% of the total partners of the project in the year 2021.

In contrast to this year’s onboarding, only 250 partners integrated with Chainlink Oracle during the last year.

Among all the leading partners in the crypto sector that have amalgamated with Oracle provider Chainlink includes big names such as Alchemix, the Hedera Governing Council, and Huobi’s ECO Chain.

On July 20, Infinity Skies made an announcement regarding the integration with Chainlink and said:

“Since loot is probabilistic and NFTs hold real value to players, it is imperative that the minting of loot cannot be ‘gamed.’ Chainlink VRF provides the Infinity Skies’ smart-contract responsible for chest opening with direct access to a tamper-proof and auditable random number to determine outcomes when opening chests.”

The Utilisation of Chainlink’s Verifiable Random Function VRF

It should be noted that the majority of integrations and partnerships of Chainlink are with the projects that are in the early stages of their development and are less known.

In addition to this, it has been witnessed that a surging number of projects are making use of the VRF, the Verifiable Random Function of Chainlink that offers decentralized applications a secure and automated solution for the generation of randomization.

Moreover, most recently, the crypto developers have come up with a wide array of novel apps for the VRF functionality of Chainlink with PancakeSwap also incorporating VRF for its decentralized lottery application last week.
