Earlier this month, a SHIB burning corporation claimed to have burnt over 230 million SHIB and around 33.6 million on Thursday alone. The <a href="https://www.cryptoknowmics.com/news/shiba-inu-announces-new-project-called-shiba-lands/">SHIB</a> burner enterprise primarily manufactures games for mobile phones. 

In the past 24 hours, other SHIB burners have been reported to destroy an estimated 32 million tokens. This makes a cumulative removal of 60 million SHIB from the circulation, since Thursday. A complete logistics of February reports approximately 900 million tokens have been transferred to inferno wallets. 
<h2>Quarter Billion SHIB Burned This Month, 655 Million Burned in 48 Hours</h2>
Travis Johnson of SHIB Burn Games tweeted that he burned $6,900 worth of Shiba Inu this month. The total amount burnt is 232, 088, 799 tokens. The February 17 tweet by Johnson continues stating an amount of SHIB worth $1000 (33,624,747) was taken out of the initial supply chain in the circulation of a quadrillion. 

The two aforementioned SHIB amounts were burned based on games created by the firm. On February 15, Johnson claimed to have burned 415 million Shiba Inu. On Valentine’s Day, Bigger Entertainment managed by <a href="https://www.cryptoknowmics.com/news/240-million-shib-destroyed-at-christmas-880-9-million-burned-since-mid-fall/">Steven Cooper</a> transferred 240 million SHIB to a dead wallet - coins that cannot be withdrawn or spent.

Yesterday, on one hand, Steven Cooper stated that Bigger Entertainment will discontinue Shiba Inu <a href="https://www.cryptoknowmics.com/news/about-41-of-the-overall-supply-of-shiba-inu-has-been-burned/">Burn Tickets</a> as they are negatively impacting their reputation. However, on the other hand, he assures the SHIB community that he wouldn’t abandon their efforts and discover new ways to burn SHIB.

Bigger Entertainment, another SHIB burn initiative, tweeted that approximately 14,318,442 SHIBs were burnt (leftovers from the burn party that happened on February 14).

Recently, yet another SHIB burning platform, Shibburn tweeted about burning 17,615, 134 SHIB in four transactions in a day. Both the SHIB burn initiatives reported together 33.6 million burned SHIB. A culmination of both reports generated a figure of 65.5 million meme tokens SHIB locked in dead wallets in 24 hours.
