<span style="font-weight: 400">The IDO will take place on Raydium's launchpad AcceleRaytor. IDO launch time is set at 10:00 UTC, April 21 with token starting price at 0.012 USDC per $HAWK token. </span>
<h2><strong>Hawksight IDO: How it Will Work</strong></h2>
<span style="font-weight: 400">A HAWK-USDC liquidity pool (LP) will be launched before trading goes live on the Raydium Swap interface. Automated market makers will then start placing orders on Solana-based decentralized exchange Serum. </span>

<span style="font-weight: 400">At the launch of the HAWK-USDC liquidity pool, holders of winning tickets from the AcceleRaytor raise pool will be able to claim their $HAWK tokens. </span>

<span style="font-weight: 400">In addition, users will be able to earn $HAWK rewards on the Fusion Pools page by adding liquidity to the HAWK-USDC pool and staking liquidity pool tokens.</span>
