Adam Back, the main man at Blockstream has suggested that bitcoin could propel to $300,000 over the next five years as the unlimited printing move by the US Fed could drive retail investors towards bitcoin.

He was speaking in an <a href="https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2020-06-02/latest-satoshi-nakamoto-candidate-buying-bitcoin-no-matter-what" target="_blank" rel="noopener">interview </a>with Bloomberg and once again was quizzed about being Satoshi Nakamoto and as expected, once again denied. He believes that despite Goldman Sachs continuous denial and no to adoption, it can still go up as bitcoin doesn't need institutional adoption to hit new heights. He believes that to be the case as many have started treating bitcoin as a hedge given the current socio-political tension engulfing the country.  He believes individuals want to retain the value of what they own when there's infinite printing on the cards.

Adam back also cited other factors he believes would play a part in Bitcoin price going skyrocketing. He believes so many individuals working from home is one factor they'd look to preserve the value of what they own, also the fact that most of the bond investment is overrated and fail to provide substantial returns.
<h2>Adam Back Praises Greyscale </h2>
He was full of praise for Greyscale who are <a href="https://grayscale.co/bitcoin-trust/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">currently</a> <a href="https://www.cryptoknowmics.com/news/buy-bitcoins-in-india/">buying more bitcoin</a> than what is being mined but believed statements made by institutions such as Goldman Sachs highlights that many are still to come to grips with the paradigm shift that has offered and are still stuck.

He stated in January that $1 million is also achievable given that a few years ago people thought even $1k is a distant dream for bitcoin and $10k sounded absurd. Now bitcoin has crossed that threshold multiple times and there's nothing to suggest that it can cross $100k.
