The Bitcoin Manipulation Abatement LLC, BMA has filed a complaint back in May against HDR Global Trading Ltd. HDR Global Trading is a parent company of <a href="https://www.cryptoknowmics.com/news/kraken-vs-bitmex/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">BitMEX</a> and it was accused of a huge crypto market manipulation. Along with this, it was also accused of operating without a license in the United States.

Recently, BMA has asked the court to preserve all the email data of BitMEX as that data can help the firm to prove the case. If the court will not order BitMEX for the same then they will delete the entire email data and there will not be any proof left against the firm.
<h2>BMA estimates Twilio holding 30,000 email records of BitMEX</h2>
BMA had filed this on June 09 and stated that it estimates that Twilio might be holding around 30,000 email records of BitMEX. It has been reported that Twilio helps BitMEX to establish daily basis communication with the users. This has been said by BitMEX also that the complete database of the users' email addresses is stored with Twilio. BMA also claimed that instead of giving relevant information regarding the operations conducted by BitMEX, they have been forwarding memes to them. In those memes, it has mentioned Seychelles that means the firm has planned to avoid the jurisdiction by the U.S.
<h2>BitMEX might delete data stored on Twilio</h2>
It has been specified by BMA that currently there is a detention hold on the accounts of BitMEX till June 15 by Twilio. After this date, BitMEX has easily deleted all the data which has been stored on Twilio. It has also specified that Twilio has refused to acknowledge the defendants and also responded in a very strange manner in order to avoid the situation. BitMEX is accused of many different charges including money laundering, wire fraud and many others.
