This is evident after the blockchain firm released a new job advert for a role in the Bengaluru-based office.

Ripple is reportedly planning to establish a new office in the city of Bengaluru, India. According to the latest job advert, the company is looking to hire a Senior Project Manager with Bengaluru, India as its location in the ad.

As with most job vacancies, when a job location is included in the ad, the recruiter is looking to source talent within that city. This indicates that a new Ripple regional office may have been already launched in the country.

The advertisement suggests that the new hire will be tasked with the responsibility of leading the company’s engagements with various central banks. The selected applicant will also guide the deployment of various Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) projects.

While Ripple has not publicly announced its plans to expand its operations in India, the company had been looking to expand to different parts of the world outside the USA, especially following its <a href="https://www.cryptoknowmics.com/news/what-is-the-future-of-xrp-following-the-sec-lawsuit/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">ongoing lawsuit</a> with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

The company, which already has a regional office in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), was recently considering moving its headquarters to the United Kingdom.
