IRS has decided to come up with a new tool for the US citizens who don't usually file a tax return. The announcement of this tool would help these users get access to Covid 19 funds. The Square followed this news up with by announcing a new feature is being prepared by it to help users direct those stimulus payments to their Cash App accounts. The US government would start doing the payments and give checks to the eligible people and according to the press release, the tool would be fully active from  17th April onwards.

The check amount that the US government is handing over its people in need is $1,200. Jack Dorsey, CEO of Square put out a tweet asking people who don't file their tax return to come and obtain the amount.

Square stated in a post through routing and account numbers, stimulus Payment directly can be deposited to the Cash app balance. They also advised users to activate their free cash card, in case they fail to found the banking tab on Cash App home screen, on the bottom left.

The complete shutdowns by the US government to fight the coronavirus, launch of stimulus funds, and the hard-hit US economy is crumbling massively. The move by Jack Dorsey is not the first in the battle against coronavirus. The country is witnessing one of the worst unemployment rates in its history.
