Ripple Donating $200,000 to Fight With Coronavirus Pandemic

Ripple has revealed that it is joining hands with the companies that are dealing with the coronavirus pandemic. Ripple, one of the top companies in the crypto market has announced that it will be donating $200,000. This donation will be made to deal with the epidemic which has caused huge unrest across the globe.

All the donated money will be given to the non-profit firms that are fighting with the pandemic. There are two of them namely, Tipping Point Community which is based in San Francisco and Silicon Valley Community Foundation.

Ripple prioritizing the safety of its team

The coronavirus outbreak has caused a huge loss to the whole world and all the measures have been taken to deal with it. As all the companies are taking apt measures to deal with it, Ripple is excelling in this also. It has been reported that Ripple is trying out all the measures it can to reduce the further spread of the virus. As there are more than 470,000 confirmed cases of this virus worldwide.  Brad Garlinghouse, CEO of Ripple has already cleared that his company is taking all the actions to deal with it. He also said that the well-being of the employees is the first priority for the firm and all the initiatives have been taken in this regard.

Not only the employees, but Ripple is also standing strong with its customers during such times of difficulty. Garlinghouse also said that the whole world is dealing with the financial crisis and there is a need to transfer money in the world economy.

Efforts by other crypto exchanges to deal with the pandemic 

As there is a need to work together during such hard times, other exchanges are also doing their best to deal with it. Binance charity which has been backed by Binance has also initiated $5 million for the relief campaign against coronavirus. Italian Red Cross has also launched a fundraising campaign to fight coronavirus on March 12.
