With the crypto market recovering from a dramatic and sharp sell-off, despite the Bitcoin price warning by JPMorgan, Bitcoin and cryptocurrency prices have jumped alarmingly. Bitcoin’s price has fallen from $50,000 per Bitcoin at the start of 2022 to fall as low as $30,000 in January before it reclaimed its ground. 

Traders have become concerned about <a href="https://www.cryptoknowmics.com/news/ethereum-investment-product-sees-massive-inflows-this-week/">Ethereum</a> and its rivals Solana, BNB, <a href="https://www.cryptoknowmics.com/news/bashoswap-building-a-cardano-powered-decentralized-exchange/">Cardano</a>, and <a href="https://www.cryptoknowmics.com/news/peter-brandt-says-native-token-of-ripple-xrp-may-fall-to-all-time-lows/">Ripple’s XRP</a> having suffered significant 'volatility.' However, some traders remain optimistic about the recovery of the crypto market. The escalating situation in Ukraine sparked Bitcoin and Crypto fresh price crashes. 

The former Chief Equity Strategist of <a href="https://www.cryptoknowmics.com/news/jp-morgan-provides-bitcoin-and-ethereum-funds-access-to-its-clients/">JP Morgan</a> and currently, the Managing Partner and Head of Research of the crypto-centered independent research boutique, <a href="https://www.cryptoknowmics.com/news/100000-pretty-reasonable-year-end-target-for-bitcoin-fundstrats-tom-lee/">Tom Lee</a> stated that a portion of nearly $100 trillion in wealth will eventually flow into crypto markets, citing the rapidly changing regulatory landscape as a potential catalyst.

Tom Lee’s Fundstrat Global Advisors told CNBC the simplest approach to attract users in crypto is 'getting existing generations of investors in the US, not new investors, to be willing to allocate to bitcoin.'

Changing and evolving regulations, according to Lee, have assisted greatly in easing the flow of money into Bitcoin and other top ten cryptocurrencies by value, including Ethereum, BNB, <a href="https://www.cryptoknowmics.com/news/solana-based-exotic-markets-to-launch-first-dual-currency-notes-and-accumulators-on-defi/">Solana</a>, Cardano, and Ripple’s XRP. 

The <a href="https://www.cryptoknowmics.com/news/biden-administration-to-release-executive-order-on-crypto-next-month/">Biden administration</a> is expected to issue a long-awaited executive order next week, instructing governmental agencies to research bitcoin and other significant cryptocurrencies in order to develop a government-wide policy to regulate digital assets.

Tom Lee explained, 
<blockquote>“I think regulation could unlock a lot of that movement. Just imagine 2% out of $100 trillion allocated to crypto. You could see a five to 10, 15 times increase in total network value."</blockquote>
For the time being, the bitcoin and cryptocurrency markets continue to trade in line with the stock market, as traders and investors fear a conflict between Ukraine and Russia. 

Marcus Sotiriou, an analyst at the UK-based digital asset broker GlobalBlock wrote in an email that all eyes are on the situation between Russia and Ukraine for any short-term relief in the market.

Ukraine is the latest country to recognize bitcoin and cryptocurrencies as legal tender, following similar developments in Russia and India.
<blockquote>"Ukraine’s balanced approach to regulating crypto shows that the adoption of digital assets on a national level doesn’t have to be a zero-sum game," Anto Paroian, chief operating officer at digital assets investment fund ARK36, said in an email.</blockquote>
Sotiriou adds that a law that molds the rights and duties of all participants will clear a path for crypto to become adopted significantly by more people to use in their daily lives in a country that has already accepted the crypto technology.
